Holiday Booking Terms & Conditions – 55 WEBB ST The terms and conditions of letting the property is agreed by both parties as follows: Deposit Upon booking, or within 7 days of making the booking, and agreed deposit must be paid. If the deposit is not received within the set time frame the booking lapses. The deposit is part of the total tariff payable. This may be paid by credit card – no surcharge applies to this payment. Final Payment The balance of the total tariff is to be paid on arrival or prior to the commencement of the booking. Cash, travellers’ cheque or money order preferred or 4% surcharge for credit card - V/MC – payments applies to this payment due to the high cost of this facility to the merchant. Credit card details are required for security purposes and will be destroyed on the satisfactory completion of your tenancy. Cancellations All cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival any refund is subject to the property being rebooked for the same time. There will be no refunds for ‘no shows’ or ‘walkouts’. Premium Dates – Special terms & Conditions Premium dates are special event times – eg. Melbourne Cup Carnival – 4 nights Christmas and New Year – 7 nights Grand Prix – 3 nights Australian Open – 5 nights AFL Grand Final – 3 nights Reservations for premium dates must be paid in full at the time of booking. If cancelled more than 30 days prior this will be refunded less first night ($210). No cancellation is allowed less than 30 days prior to occupation. Check-in and Check-out Times The property is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:30am on day of departure. (This can sometimes be varied by special arrangement and is dependent on prior/next reservations). We can make arrangements to leave/pick up luggage at any time. Number of Occupants The number of occupants must not exceed the number advised for the reservation and must never exceed five adults. Visitors You are responsible for your guests. Large and/or noisy gatherings are not permitted. Your guests should leave the premises quietly and at a reasonable hour. Noise This is a densely built up area. Please have consideration for neighbours when entering and leaving property at night. Keep any TV/Music volume at a reasonable level at all times. When using the courtyard be aware of the rights and comfort of your neighbours. Alcohol The house does not have a liquor licence. Normal and reasonable household behaviour applies. No parties of any description are allowed. Intoxicated guests causing a nuisance to other guests or neighbours will be immediately evicted. No alcoholic beverage may be sold on the premises. Personal Possessions No responsibility will be accepted for any personal possessions left on or around the premises. If you use the safe to store valuables please ensure it is cleared and left open on your departure. Breakages and Damage You are responsible for all damage, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please advise as soon as possible if an arrangement needs to be made for replacement and/or repair. Cleaning Please leave the property as you found it with all dishes washed and put away and all food removed from refrigerator and disposed of in the proper manner. Used linens should be left in the bathroom. Failure to comply will incur an extra cleaning fee of $50 Pets Strictly no pets/animals are allowed on the premises. Accommodation Prices These are current at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. Bookings Bookings are accepted in good faith. We cannot be held responsible for actions that are outside our control such as – • sale of property • alterations to property • damage to property that prevents occupation. In this event, every attempt will be made to assist you to secure suitable alternative accommodation. Description of Property Property description is given in good faith and we will not accept any responsibility for misinterpretation, particularly with regard to telephone/postal booking. You are advised to view the website www.55webbst.com.au to see photos, and description of the property, its amenities and location. Breach If these conditions are breached your tenancy may be immediately terminated. Reparation costs will be debited to your credit card. In the event that your tenancy is terminated no refund of accommodation paid for but unused will be payable. Your occupation of the premises indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
